Our Gunpowder tea is organically grown in Fuan, China, which is one of the most important regions in the world for the production of high-quality artisan green tea. This unique tea gets its name from the way the leaves are meticulously hand rolled into fine pellets reminiscent of gunpowder – a processing method that was designed to help to preserve the strong flavour of the leaves.

We recommend pairing it with artfully arranged melon balls and a moment of quiet reflection… very zen.
